Five values, one standard
A diaspora association lives on the trust placed in it, here and in Rosso. These five values guide our choices, our spending and the accounts we publish.
They are not decoration: they decide what we fund, who decides alongside us, and what we publish afterwards.

Mutual aid first
The diaspora and the people of Rosso move forward together. That is the condition for a shared future. Our work grows out of this collaboration, and our ties grow stronger when times are hard.
Respect
Everyone’s dignity
The ARD defends the dignity of all, diaspora member or Rosso resident. Respecting diversity, cultures and opinions is what makes a relationship last.
Responsibility
Being accountable
We publish what we do, what we spend and what it changes. Our partners and local residents alike can check it.
Innovation
Looking for better
A canteen backed by a vegetable garden and a henhouse. A teaching garden. Adapted irrigation. We look for new answers rather than repeating what exists.

Giving your time
Every member brings their expertise, their resources and their time. All the work is voluntary. That is what makes our projects possible.
